Stelljes Design has been the umbrella under which Cece Stelljes has designed spaces of many types & flavors, and via several firms. This has included Jeffrey Beers International, Icrave Design, and Karim Rashid Inc, as well as the studio she co-owned, Revamp Interior Design, and her solo practice.

HOSPITALITY & COMMERCIAL PROJECTS 

You have a brilliant idea to launch a restaurant serving sumptuous cuisines, but haven’t visualized the look & feel of your future space yet. We’ll focus on concept planning and visualization. Working through preferred seating options and functional needs will fine tune the spatial requirements even before you shop for a lease, while a conceptual rendering & materials palette will help convince investors & landlords of the project’s viability.

Or you’re ready to lease a space, and will need an interior look to attract the right crowd and to match your brand. This is the core of what we do: creating the vision, designing the layout, selecting materials, colors, furnishings, lighting, art, & decor, then helping oversee the buildout and styling. We collaborate with architects, general contractors, graphic designers, and of course our clients for a smooth process and stellar results. 

RESIDENTIAL

It’s all about big transformations. Renovations, new finishes, furnishings and decor. The aim is to significantly impact clients’ lives, which requires a larger scope and major changes.

DEVELOPMENT

My work on development projects has included new ground-up buildings, extensions, and gut renovations. Common project scope entails creating layouts, selecting finishes & fixtures, designing custom kitchens & millwork, overseeing the project buildout, and even staging model units to sell. I collaborate closely with developers, architects, builders, and real estate agents, creating stunning residences that have consistently sold for prices near the top of the market.
